One for the road.

It's 1:40 a.m. My plane leaves Franklin for Chicago at 7 a.m. I have yet to pack anything. Yeah, I'm not seeing a lot of sleep in my future.

Anyway, I just thought I'd make a quick post before leaving for a week. This is the first real vacation I've been able to take in quite some time... And so I'm really looking forward to it. Those of you who know what I look like can tune into the Cubs/Braves game on FOX Saturday afternoon, because I'm supposed to be there in Wrigley Field. (How great is that?)

Anyhow, the last time I took a plane trip, I was all nervous and shit. I wrote funky-toned letters to people I cared about. This time, I don't feel much worry at all. Of course, using Fletch logic... The lack of worry causes me worry. Heh.

I've got some entries started offline and I'm planning on keeping a travel log of sorts, so tune in for my reports from the front. Until then... take care.
