Ill for reasons unknown

I was playing with a flashlight Saturday afternoon... sort of shining the beams around the my room... I made a few passes by my left eye and suddenly felt funky. I felt warm. And slightly dizzy. And had a wierd feeling in my stomach sort of like car sickness. I laid down and without even trying, I slept for 40 minutes. About twelve hours later, I still don't feel 100%. I wonder what's wrong.
