What the hell?

The recorded message I heard when I called Yahoo! billing...
"Your estimated wait time is 118 minutes."

That's gotta be a violation of some better business rule or something. Who makes a customer wait two hours to talk to someone? Actually, I'm not really a customer. I just happen to have a charge from them on my credit card. This adds insult to injury. Make me pay $10 for no reason and then try to keep me on the phone for two hours!?! ::sigh::
