Sleep?

I worked a fairly busy 12-hour shift Monday after getting a whopping two hours of sleep Sunday night. I barely stayed awake for the late news. Yet, here I am at 2 a.m. wide awake. Okay... so I'm not wide awake... But certainly, I'm not asleep and that's what I really need to be. Why does this happen? I don't do it to myself intentionally but I really have no one or nothing to blame other than myself. Sigh.

I have additional "real journal" entries, by the way. I've just gotta find the time to upload them. Of course, with all this awake time... You'd think that wouldn't be an issue.
