Attention Happy Homemakers

It's crisis time in Fletchland today.

Somehow, an ink pen found its way not into the washer (well, yes, into the washer -- but that's not the important part) but into the dryer. Now, three of the four pair of jeans I own have varying blots of ink all over them. That's in addition to the couple of work shirts that have been given the stamp of disapproval.

When I was in the newspaper business, I learned that WD40 did a fine job of getting out ink before it was washed. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it out after its been both washed and dried? Or have I just committed a very expensive screw up?
