What are you smoking?

My university is in the approach path of a regional airport used by the Air National Guard. It's no big deal to see large cargo planes come and go along with the assortment of commercial jets and commuter aircraft. However, one of my newspaper staff members is convinced that these planes are not actually landing at the airport. Instead, she thinks they are patrolling the airspace above my university's library. (The library has received a bomb threat or two since the September 11 attacks... But I'm sure many buildings in the country have, too.)

Is this girl the future of America? What kind of acid were her parents tripping on when they conceived her? She's a swell gal and all... but come on... Military cargo planes (she calls them bombers) patrolling a university library? I'm losing the faith in my generation.
